Terms of Use

Effective date: 7 October 2026 · Last updated: 9 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TripEase mobile application and this website. By using TripEase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site. Questions: apptripease@gmail.com.

1. What TripEase is

TripEase is a travel companion that provides reference information such as country advisories, links to official arrival forms, airport guides, links to official terminal maps where available, checklists, and curated partner recommendations. It is designed for iOS, Android, and iPad.

You can optionally save passport details and trips on your device. Trip checklists, form opening dates and reminders are worked out from published entry information and the dates you enter; they are a convenience, not a guarantee. Passport scanning can misread characters, so always check scanned details against your passport before saving or copying them. TripEase never fills in, submits or stores a government form for you: you complete official forms yourself on the official site and are responsible for what you enter there.

2. Not professional advice

TripEase content is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, immigration, medical, safety, or financial advice. Entry rules, visa requirements, health measures, and airport layouts change. Always verify critical details with official government, airline, and airport sources before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Official links and third-party sites

Arrival forms, terminal maps, and many other resources open on third-party websites (including airports and government systems). Partner recommendations may open services such as Airalo, Booking.com, Klook, GetYourGuide, Wise, ExpressVPN, Agoda, and similar providers. Those sites and apps are not controlled by TripEase. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave TripEase. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, bookings, or payments.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Partner recommendations may include affiliate links. If you book or purchase through them, TripEase may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Inclusion of a partner does not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for your trip.

5. TripEase Pro subscriptions

Some features (for example every local service for every country, more than one saved passport, more than two trips at a time, form opening dates and reminders, the form helper and live alerts once available, and future Pro extras) require a paid subscription (“TripEase Pro”). Required government steps — entry rules, official forms and visa links — stay free. Indicative pricing is about $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year in USD; the price charged is the one shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play in your region and currency. Payments, renewals, trials (if any), and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google according to their terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

TripEase branding, app design, and original content are owned by TripEase or its licensors. Airport maps and many official documents remain the property of their respective airports or authorities; TripEase links to or opens those sources and does not claim ownership of them. OpenStreetMap and other map data are subject to their own licenses.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TripEase is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the app will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripEase and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, travel costs, denied boarding, or immigration outcomes arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to TripEase will not exceed the amount you paid us for TripEase Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use only free features. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using TripEase, you also acknowledge that policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date above will be revised when we publish changes.
